Announcing the 2 nd CDS/ISIS World Meeting ( CDS/ISIS-W2 ) On behalf of Ms Elizabeth Longworth, Director, UNESCO Information Society Division, Communication and information Sector, I am pleased to communicate the following information: The first world meeting of CDS/ISIS was held in 1995 in Colombia. Ten years after, the celebration of the second meeting will provide an excellent opportunity to reunite once again the international CDS/ISIS community, summoning information, computer science professionals, national and regional distributors, end users, partner organizations and all those interested in the "Family of CDS/ISIS software" who have contributed, throughout the years, to the democratic and equitable access to data produced or collected in thousands of institutions worldwide......More
