This is a report which a compelling story about millions of children who have fallen victim to the global HIV/AIDS pandemic. It looks at the scope and complexity of the challenges these children face. The report also looks at the partnerships established by USAID with international organisations, donors, national governments and NGOs. Children on the Brink 2000 builds on the legacy of the first Children on the Brink Report published in 1997.
